I am in total agreement with you. Cebu Airport to all my the journey is to become the most corrupt airport me. The porters get right into your face and bring your luggage without asking and need a tip. Unless If you have family or friends meeting you curb side, you have no other choice but to make the metered taxi there and get ripped off.
