Merman Island in cebu, Philippines .... Do not you believe it?

Someone has found a body of a merman (not a mermaid) in Cebu in Philippines. It features a fish (fins on side of forehead) and a tail .. It also looks scaly ... but the mouth of the terrible eyes and dangerous
