what would be a good name for the Philippines if the masses choose to change the name of the country?
The country is heavily influenced by espanya and ameica.but for 3 hundred years of Spanish rule, people do not lose their native tounges.and most people do not speak fluent spanish.but the american for only a short stay with people speaking English as their second language.i think the Philippines is the only country in the world named after a king.
Here are some possibilities: Little America (after every Filipino's dream) El Americasia (as above and where It is situated) Los corruption (after any body with any power-after all they have the last say) Taglish favorite saying (after the English language used there) Heyjoe (every Filipino's) but why you want to change the name of their country?
