What is the weather like in late November?
We are thinking about traveling to the Philippines in either late November or late January. Can you tell what The weather is usually like in late November? Is it still possible the storm? January is much cooler?
The tropical weather we have 2. Rainy / Storm and dry. Mid November through June is dry season. Often 70'2 high temps are in low 80's F during the day and low 70's at night in December through March. I think this is the best time of year weather wise here. No, hurricane / rainy season is over in mid November.
