I need an agency in the Philippines that helps me get a kind of H2B visa can work in USA?
I have a degree in Bachelor of Science major in Tourism and had enough work experience in hospitality industry. I am in America for a year to work on a J1 visa type do my internship. Now I got back to the Philippines and currently working in the Marriott Hotel here but I still want to return to America and work. I want to try the H2B visa but I need confidence agency here in the Philippines to help me back to a working visa.
H-2 visa is obtained after the petition approval of an employer for temporary work. For jobs that are permanent in nature H-2 petitions are not approved. Seems unlikely that any agency in the Philippines has contacts a U.S. employer may petition for you or be of much help. Most field work is not temporary and can be filled to us by residents, means that a H-2 petition is not approved.
