philippines new year 2010

phippieens trip?
a bunch of friends are at uni as they are they the summer off, with the thought of traveling going on Philippines for about 2 months this coming summer (2010) and they hav asked me as my best wife is going to. I missed out on going in thailand this year about the work commitments. but the transition they asked me and my only concern is not my job I can not go for it only that much time off, my courses in the June and I have regard to lay me off but im not sure. and im not getting any answers from my boos about my future so I can plan. what do I do should I leave my job and have amazing time and life experience to my friends but return to look for a new job and bearing mind its a recession or not go because there are jobs and b safe but lose experience? I just completely lost on how to go about a decision on any ideas please
Left your job to go on a vacation is not very good idea at this time of recession, you find it difficult to find another job.
