Buying Holiday Properties Off Season For larger discounts
During the monsoon season in Southeast Asia, it rains almost daily. The hotel is empty, the beaches are bare and only a few people are found in restaurants around town. During off season is a good time to buy features island because the developers will offer bigger discounts.
Now, during low season here in Phuket, Thailand is no different. Local as quiet time as a time to relax and recharge before the next high season. Have a good time shoulder beginning of October through November where the chance of rain is much lower and the weather is still very nice. This is a great time of year to Visit the Island for the big crowds do not start coming more and room rates are still generally low.
This shoulder season is a good time to visit the island and look at property to purchase. You come for a new season high but prices in recent years. This is a good time to buy a property before new price increases out.
Most other businesses such as cement, concrete, steel, labor and other industries also increase after the New Year so it is very natural to raise prices on finished houses, lots or apartments in Phuket after the New Year. Property of value usually get a new assessment on New Year also.
