How do I text or call a Philippine (Mobile) number?
Need to call a friend visiting his mother in the Philippines but all She is with him is his old Filipino cell phone. His numbers are 910-XXX-XXXX, the rest need to go out for privacy issues, but the country code I know is 63. I was told there is a special format to call outside the U.S., but I cannot find what the format or anything, any help?
