What to do with my N7360? GPRS is not working ...?
Im a Globe Subscriber Telecomm here in the Philippines and I tried to activate my GPRS so I do not have access to the internet, send MMS, email etc. I received the configuration settings and saved it to my phone. I will ask to enter the pin and I did. I follow all the instructions. And I did it correctly. Long after I pressed zero (0) as what the customer service rep. Told me so I can access the it is, but what appeared on my screen .... "packet data connection not available" What does this mean? What can I do here? Im using a Nokia 7360. Please help me. And another prob is, my infrared is not working .. Thank You too and Godbless you all.
