The "Flat White".
A flat White is a drink of coffee prepared by pouring the ordain steamed milk from the bottom of the pitcher in a single shot (30ml) of espresso.
The drink usually served in a small 150-160ml ceramic tulip cup. The stretched and texturised milk is prepared by entraining air in the milk and folding the top layer with more lower layers. To achieve the "flat", non-made vain the steamed milk is poured from the bottom of the pitcher, holding the lighter bubbles above to access the milk with smaller bubbles, making the drink smooth and smooth structure.
Origin
