Divorce in the Muslim Filipino?
Is the Presidential decree No. 1083, Book II Chapter III, the Philippines still applicable today? especially the law about divorce ..? I need a very strong evidence that it is still applicable nowadays .. Please help me ... I need it for our debate .... tnx a lot!
Sorry, I must disagree with my colleague known. Law is not applicable any more, having replaced again (or supplanted, if you will) by Presidential decree 3884-C. The new decree fully and completely, and even spiritually, amends the will of the Filipino people. In my opinion, It sets us on a much fairer and straighter course for the most difficult of topics. We all know how massively unfair election results may be, should one look at the recent Ukrainian elections or equal impeccable election Monrovi K-24 / B. If you are as smart as me, want to fully understand these seemingly oblique reference. Peace out and good luck, my friend.
