philippines presidential survey
Should our leaders of the world have studied first?

I Kim Abalos of ob Montessori Center Inc. Well, we have this debate in school and I want to make in a survey as reference ... Under the Constitution of the Philippines Qualifications for becoming a President is as follows: 1. a natural born citizens 2. a registered voter 3. able to read and write 4. at least forty years old on election day 5. and a resident of the Philippines for at least ten years immediately preceding the election as if it were the only needs and then if a particular person can reach her qualification / can He ran for President even if she just finished grade school? Do not think we should add a new qualification which the person is running for a Presidential Post should have expired at least 2yrs. college hope you can answer my question thank you,

Makes sense, but the voters can also exercise their right to choose a better qualified people irrespective of the standards fixed under the constitution. During the exceptions where there is a more qualified person may be wiser than many qualified people so better keep the provision in the rules.
