A (H1N1) mess and what to do with it

Constant rain is in the Philippines, more likely to have experienced here in Cagayan de Oro, for more or less low two months now. Common diseases like cough, flu, fever and almost happened during this rainy season. Here in the Philippines, although 1000 + confirmed cases were reported, the best thing to do to prevent A (H1N1) virus are the very same behavior taught us when we are still in Kindergarten or …. First, keep your hands clean by frequent washing of hands. Second, go eat, reddish, and even diet and exercise regularly to keep the body healthy.
