A (H1N1) mess and what to do with it
Constant rain is in the Philippines, more likely to have experienced here in Cagayan de Oro, for more or less low two months now. Common diseases like cough, flu, fever and almost happened during this rainy season. But how safe are we among all the possibilities of acquiring certain diseases and the additional fact a (H1N1) outbreak?

A (H1N1) is a new virus that causes human disease. The virus was first detected in the United States in April this year. No one should panic if there are signs and symptoms of A (H1N1) which is also similar to regular flu like the following: headache, fatigue, loss of appetite, sore throat, runny nose, fever, and cough. What one needs to do is just for any 'quarantine' to him / herself and drink plenty of liquids, about the aid are mentioned.
Here in the Philippines, although 1000 + confirmed cases were reported, the best thing to do to prevent A (H1N1) virus are the very same behavior taught us when we are still in Kindergarten or …. First, keep your hands clean by frequent washing of hands. Second, go eat, reddish, and even diet and exercise regularly to keep the body healthy. Finally, one that even Barney the Dinosaur taught us, "When you sneeze, cover your mouth so others do not get too sneeze. "
