How is the weather in Manila, Philippines from July through August?
I am traveling at that time.
It is very hot during the day but come late this afternoon thunder and rain. It gets cool at night til morning. July-August is unpredictable weather. Do not need to know if this is gonna rain or shine, especially at night. So if you plan to pack your bag and bring a glass of sunshine and sun block, make sure you also bring an umbrella.
