Bringing my personal needs in the Philippines .. ?
I want to bring my iPod Touch, laptop and guitar, and my parents insist on this too, especially because I get easily suffocate. We need the laptop to come in contact with people arranging plane tickets, etcetcetc. My iPod Touch frees me from the boredom and so my guitar. (Especially, since there is not much to do in the province.) I just worried that someone may steal this. What is the possibility of having things stolen my if I: Put it in my pockets and do not flash it around. Only when we get to hotel, etc. Keep my personal property my baggage in most of the time. We are going in the province first (Dipolog), after Manila. Then, perhaps, Baguio and cebu. And Quezon City. And, how can I get to carry a guitar around? Particularly, the airport. They just take it and treat it as every other suitcases and boxes there? (Throw it in the plane, you accidentally throw the weight of something on top of it.)
Do not want to take anything of value to Phil. I am choose my pocket. He used a knife to cut the keys. He lifted my wallet, all without having to learn them. He faked being sick by of continuous coughing. This is some kind of entertainment. The motels do not check up on a taxi driver. Some drivers have locked the door so you can not get up pay the fare ripoff. The Phil is one of the worst places in the world. Furthermore, the police and the mayor has no catch criminals. The police narrowed it down to 4 digits whom are pickpocketer. They do not. Everything happened in Cebu but all the city was as bad. Need to ensure that the taxi drivers will not drive away. You have to get his license plate before you taxi. There is still no guarantee that your stuff is not stolen the ark. My suggestion is to study the Bible while there. You are not really bored if you get it. Best to you.
