Why do the Philippines drop Catholicism and adopt birds Mulawin people as their religion?
I saw in THE PHILIPPINES THIS SOAP OPERA OF Mulawin bird-man, good ones and bad ones, and I thought it would make a great religion!
Reasons: 1. Many Filipinos are based in the way of their lifestyle as a Roman Catholic. 2. Catholicism is the prevalent religion and accepted for the Spanish work during the 15th century. A belief long time belived that true is really missing overnight. 3. Philippines literacy rate is low. Many do not have access to information and therefore be blinded by the religious throughout their lives. 4. Chinese culture has greatly influenced the Filipinos they have mixed up religion and superstition. So, it is more difficult to remove that type of belief. 5. No lord God to "Mulawin" soap opera. Because the Filipinos have practiced a god, it is quite difficult for them to worship many deities flying. 6. "Mulawin" is based on Channel 7 TV Station. As of today, how even absurd, many Filipinos working in the fight side of the TV stations for mass appeal. TV station channel 2 fanatics have dubbed as "Kapamilya" (one family) and TV station Channel 7 was dubbed as "Kapuso" (one heart). So if a religion starts with "Kapuso", followers of "Kapamilya" will certainly object. 7. The government of the Philippines is quite influenced Christianity by sects. You will often see during election candidates turn to religious organizations for Endorsements. As a Filipino, I love my country. And really can not take anymore what my fellow Filipinos are doing to our country. Especially how religion worsen the condition of our economy.
