How / where the best way to sell a large property / resort in RP (Philippines)? Asking price is $ 5M category?
so how does one get the message out (internationally) to prospective buyer / s in the elite category? Is there a publication / magazine / newpaper ... (on or offline) that would serve such a niche market? The property is strategically located to satisfy the desires of avid golfers the inevitable to be single and who would enjoy having a place where fun and play win .. Hectares are many beautiful home and pool and more attractive many aspects; is not just anyone will be an individual, group or company to afford a place that would likely cost 5-10 times as found in developed countries. How / where you start one in getting the word out?
