I am from the Philippines, but I buy my console in Malaysia that the reason why I contacted my shop and anyone who knows where I can contact microsoft? such as phone number or online service? I do not see anything to solve my problem over xbox.com. They say that the warrant was extended but they say what to do if you have a problem like this. Can someone help me please. thank you guys.
Sorry to hear that you have problems w / you. I replaced my console back in November. There are a couple of different ways to request a repair / replacement. One is the call of their # 1-800-469-9269 (1-800-4MY-XBOX). Others are using online services on this website: https: / / service.xbox.com / servicehome.aspx. I used the website to not I have to deal w / the jerks on the phone, with it a lot faster. You will need to set up an account, which is very easy. Turn around time is usually 3-5 weeks for a replacement console back to you. If they can fix your console, you'll get your old one back. If not, then will they send you a refurbished one. I got a different console back in about 4 weeks. Not too bad, but you have to deal w / the withdrawals. Make sure when you get a console back to your downloaded content works offline. Microsoft is "forgetting" to transfer the license for Citizens of content from their old systems with their new. Downloaded content will only work if your online in this case and not online. It took them almost 4 months to finally move my license from my old system to my new one. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Good luck.
