What is the difference between traditional and modern wedding here in the Philippines?

Traditional weddings are often practiced in the province where the family or make the host basic activities until marriage. These activities are done to ensure the success of the union according to the traditions of the community. Modern weddings do not have these activities, the date is set and the ceremony was performed. The Cordilleras, Couples who get married usually do same. Traditional weddings can be quite expensive because the activities take a few days where the modern wedding is more economical.
