philippines travel tax exemption

I am from the Philippines and I often travel by the countries listed above. Our government has suspended the imposition of travel tax to all air and sea travelers to these countries, so I pay lower prices for tickets there than travel tax. I just wonder if these countries also render this policy to their travelers the Philippines. Thanks
