Is it mandatory to Yahoo Philippines to answer or ask in English?
If not, why Yahoo allows the other category to speak / write their own language? Yap we can allow is limited to those who can speak / write English and then exclude the underprivileged can express themselves better in their own language (Tagalog, et al)? Oh, my Philippines! Your English is good but we need cash!
