How do I get my Magic Sing Mic work?
I asked my cousin to buy me a WOW Magic Sing Mic 2009 fiesta when he went to Philippines last Christmas. When he gave me the mic, we have everything set up (in a Filo adapter in Australia) and follow the instructions properly but the power the mic does not work. I was my mother friend and friend of my cousin looked at it and it just does not work. Anyways we sent it back to the Philippines to seek of fixed it, my other cousin took it to get it fixed they said is nothing wrong with it. he took it to the store and it worked there, though in his house, so anyways … if it works in the Philippines why not power up in Australia? Just guessing, but I .. is the company only made to play only in the Philippines?
My best guess is a NTSC / Pal issue. Search manual and make sure it is set when the playmate is using it in Australia. If it is not resolved, you can contact WebbyShop http://www.webbyshop.com/shop/contact_us.html and talk to tech support.
