Is it safe for children about 7 years old to use bleaching soap?
My kids just finished swimming lessons this summer and the Philippines pool is usually out of the house so he automatically got sunburns and made his skin so dark even though I tried to put on sunscreen lotions on his face and body each time he starts swimming. I was planning to let her use bleaching soap? So it is safe? If so what kind or brand? When to start?
No it is not safe, let her skin back to return to normal naturally. I have heard these soaps can cause cancer.
