the lights are turned off in the parking lot of silay airport and they charge a fee to park in it!?
why are the lights out in the parking lot of silay-bacolod airport? and they have the audacity to charge a parking fee. are they waiting for an accident to happen or an unfortunate event? are they going to turn the lights on when cars start getting fender benders? or when cars back up to left trolleys on the lot? or when drivers race to empty parking spaces nearest to arrival and departure gates. do you think airport officials are cashing in on the parking fees? which is why they can't be bothered to turn the lights on as it would just cost them more in the electric bill compromising their cut from the parking fee income. i'm pissed not with paying the parking fee, i'm pissed because the lights are off, just to make that clear. they cant spare 2-3 hours of the lights in the evening. im not asking them to turn all the lights on, im saying that they should have a portion lit so that passengers aren't left scrambling in the dark.
