Can i change my SURNAME? (from the Philippines)?
i want to change my surname, is that possible? im 19 years old and from the Philippines. ive been using a different surname for the past 19 years not following whats on my birth certificate, dont know why my mom used a different one…but now i need to change the surname in my birth certificate so that my records will match..help!!!
my records(school, certificates) surname is not equal to my birth certificate, i dont know how my mom managed to get me into college with my situation, but i need help! please answer
seems pretty easy, take your birth cert. and change all the forms of ID you have with the wrong name on it now.
