Any land for sale in Samal Davao next?
I am trying to find a beach front property on Samal Island Garden City, Whenever you e-mail A real estate person they do not write back. Do any one know a good way to go about, or some land for sale will be there February
There is certainly going to be land for sale. I am also asking when I was there last. The owner of the van I rented to tour the island told me that there would still beachfront property but will be on the other side of the island, opposite the Pearl Farm / Paradise Island / Blue Jazz area. Within the area near the famous resorts, you may want to offer to buy, but certainly the price is steep. I suggest you go and ask around yourself. best to get the information from the locals, and then when you see a place, then that might be the best time to engage the services of real estate agents because they can professionally check the authenticity of ownership, they also know exactly how to proceed. They just collect a commission from the owner, but after you have more or less agreed price. In fact, the agent can help you bring down the selling price. Learn more about Samal Island.
