All filipino's. I need a recipe of our own grilled chicken .. friends coming over, & wanted me 2 cook on X'mas eve.
Pickled they loved, and this time they asked for grilled chicken .. I like "Andok's" … And do not forget to include the sauce as well … Thanks! … I tried before, but I think something is missing, you need to know more …. Your kind consideration will be highly appreciated …. Erica, alot.but thanks, I would appreciate it more if your father could have given me the answer for this recipe himself than expensive …. I bet he A good cook! You should be proud ….

My father said their grilled chicken .. like lechon … I guess this turbo-ing is another great alternative to oven roasting .. try marinating it in some soy sauce and stuffing the chicken with some garltic or some onion .. whichever you prefer .. about sauce, my dad said it was made with liver .. use the juices of the chicken and chicken liver as a base for your sauce. then just follow the instructions for making sauce .. I think that's pretty much it …
So fun and simple! That's why many people love chicken salad sandwich recipe. Chicken salad in my home do not usually make it to the status but left-overs if they do, they certainly do not go to waste, they get recycled as chicken salad sandwiches.
Chicken salad sandwich recipe # 1
Ingredients:
2 cups white meat, cubed
2 cups diced celery
1 cup mayonnaise dressing
1 cup French dressing
Optional garnishes: watercress, gherkins, stoned olives, celery tips
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken with French dressing and set aside for a time to time and chill.
- At serving time add the celery and mayonnaise to the chicken mixture
- Arrange the shredded lettuce and garnish with watercress, stoned olives or gherkins or loosening a drop tablespoon of mayonnaise on top and sprinkle celery tips.
Chicken salad sandwich recipe # 2
Ingredient for chicken salad sandwich with lemon;
4 skinless chicken breast halves
2 stalks celery
1 medium white onion
1 large lemon (Night and juice)
2 hard cooked eggs
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 1 / 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard djion
Yeast bread slices 8 slices Muenster cheese
Instructions:
- In a large pot, combine The breast of chicken, half of the onion (coarsely chopped), and one of the stems of celery (cut into thirds).
- Simmer about 25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Cool, remove from bones and cut chicken into small pieces.
- Put in a large bowl. Chop the remaining half onion and celery stalk, with the eggs, into small pieces and mix with chicken.
- May add, mustard, paprika, seasoned salt and the zest and lemon juice, mix until just combined. Spread chicken salad mixture between slices of bread yeast and add cheese.
Notes:
For an even tastier sandwich, put on a grill pan, heated to medium, and hit the pan. Flip after 2 to 3 minutes and press again, cooking until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
