how the children work on mobile phones?
I am located in the Philippines which is near the equator where they said I could have a lot of children detected signal I have a Samsung jet s8003 with google maps and I am currently a Globe User (Globe Telecom) do I need to use the internet to access the GPS map data with google maps? why everytime I go into my settings on my phone and go into settings its children autodownload then it has no visible satellite is it possible i need to connect to the internet using my phone to detect GPS satellites? okay i got my phone working but when I open my google map in blue ball it said your location is currently waiting for the GPS but it does not get the data and when I got in setting the GPS satellite has no visible / available
Google maps requires internet connection, because it workes like google earth, download of images taken from space. Also, it works without too GPS, it knows your location into a circle 1 mile or so. I got Samsung g810, and i have route66 navigation application working with GPS of my phone. As I know all children Samsung mobile phones have Route66 app. installed, and you should only need to activate it, you dont have, there are other navigation programs like Garmin too, but they are not freeware.
