How the U.S. student classroom behavior compared with students in other parts of the world?

I want to hear from teachers who have experience in both the U.S. and other countries students. I know our district teachers recruited from India and the Philippines are having a hard time adjusting to the students U.S. behavior. I personally have some behavior problems out of my ESL students who only came to the U.S. from Mexico, China, Africa, etc. compared to various problems I've had students with us (or even foreign students have been here a while). I'm trying to figure out how or why differences in behavior?

I am not a teacher. I am a student. An Asian one. Everyone puts education high priority. However, there We have cable, and most of us grew up watching Disney and Nickelodeon. The older generation greatly respected teacher and took their word on IT. However, we DO dare talk with teachers and talk back again. I've seen students who are disrespectful to teachers. Students who dare to speak up and voice their problems to what the teacher is saying. In fact, the interaction and voicing an opinion is encouraged in my school, though not all schools. (My brother went to a class in school, and challenged the teachers. My mum got called up.) However, some events that occurred within a few years back makes me believe that we are from different american students. We had a white teacher from the U.S.. It was her first time teaching in our local schools. So whatever to happen, she taught us English. One day, we are having a test. Most students take the tests very seriously. The teacher will walk around kind of playing with some stationery, capable of making a little noise. A couple of kids got impatient, and started making shushing noises. He got bored and asked what the problem is. They are kept shushing him, all the while scribbling working. Whoa. He was bored. "You kids chill? This is just a test. A little test. Chill! "The kids gave him dirty looks. I suppose our attitudes can be a lot like those in U.S. schools we do not see the exact numbers Hitler as a teacher, and we dare challenge and talk to them. However, when it comes to work, peeps get a lot more anxiety. I had a friend who went to U.S. to study. He turned up for her Uni exams in a whole pencil case full of pens and correction tapes. His friends oggled him. They had a pen in their pockets and strolling the halls tests. So yeap. I thought it was a bad thought it tests and tests IMPORTANT AS is hell.
