What is the best time to Surf the Philippines and Where?
I was having my holiday in the Philippines last week of November or first week of December and may spend 2-3 weeks. I love to surf and want to know in November or December is a good time to surf and where?
Yeah, of November to April is the best month to surf in the Philippines especially for east coast north east monsoon. Siargao island is the most popular destinations of surfing here in the Philippines and is known as the surfing capital of the country.
