B2 visa to Green Card?
I like my girlfriend in the Philippines to get here. He has family here in the U.S. but was unable to contact them all (long story), and most of them do not even know he exists, he is hardly any family in the Philippines. If he applies for a B2 Visa (Tourist visa) is likely to get him get rejected? And if he can find he was accepted to apply to become a permanent resident when he was come here? I need as much information as possible. Thank you.
chance of getting a b2 visa depends on his relationship with the Philippines are he must prove to the consul that he would return to the Philippines after his visa expired. even with visitor visa, can he apply for a green card. unless you is a citizen and you marry him or he could find an employer to sponsor him for a work visa.
