Can an Ecuadorian Citizen who is a permanent resident of the Philippines with a U.S. visa in the Philippines?
I was born in Ecuador in 1960 in a Ecuadorian Father and a Filipina mother. But in 1966, they divorced, and my mother brought us to the Philippines where I lived since then. Here I got and wife had children, even bring my Ecuadorian Citizenship. Currently I am a permanent resident of the Philippines. My family would go to the USA. Be I get a visa from the Philippines? If we decide to move to the U.S., can I apply for an immigrant visa for myself from here? I am the only one with different nationalities because my wife is Filipino and my 3 children born int he Philippines has too many Filipinos. What should I do? Life is difficult here so we are thinking of moving options.
